Refund policy

At ZYARA, your satisfaction is our priority.

* Exchanges and returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
* Items that are worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged are not eligible for exchange or return.
* Inspection upon delivery is available upon request for an additional EGP 100 inspection fee, added to the delivery fee.
* If you choose to refuse the order after inspection, the delivery fee + EGP 100 inspection fee will be charged to the customer.
