Refund policy

  • Exchanges and returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Worn, washed, altered, stained or damaged items are not eligible.
  • Inspection upon delivery is optional and costs EGP 100, added to the delivery fee.
  • If the customer refuses the order after inspection, they pay the delivery fee plus the EGP 100 inspection fee.
