- Delivery covers all of Egypt.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
- Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on location.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout by delivery location.
- The delivery team contacts the customer to arrange delivery once the order is shipped.
- Customers must give correct shipping details and phone number to avoid delays.
Refund policy
- Exchanges and returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Worn, washed, altered, stained or damaged items are not eligible.
- Inspection upon delivery is optional and costs EGP 100, added to the delivery fee.
- If the customer refuses the order after inspection, they pay the delivery fee plus the EGP 100 inspection fee.
